Included in your conference ticket are

• coffee/tea on registration and in tea breaks

• access to the recordings of the panels marked as recorded until 31st December 2025

Please note that Agent One to Ones are not included in the ticket and should be purchased separately.

We offer concessions tickets for those aged under 26 and over 60, students, disabled people, the unemployed or those on low income. 

We regret that once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.

Please note that we do not issue physical tickets - your booking confirmation is your ticket.
