Due to our growing popularity and limited space, we ask that creators apply for a space in our Creators Hall this year.
Tables will be allocated in line with our commitment to diversity, inclusivity and showcasing the best of what the Scottish genre community has to offer.
Applications will close on 1st April 2026 and creators will be notified if they have been successful by Sunday 19th April 2026.

We offer a variable table pricing. While we remain committed to keeping the cost of attending our Cymera Creators Hall low, we have had a significant increase in venue hire. Please choose the rate that you think is appropriate for your business.
