The venue is fully outfitted with lifts to all the spaces.

Unfortunately, there is no dedicated Quiet Room, but one of the spaces will be kept empty for parts of the day. Attendees also have access to the Well Cafe, and its small outdoor garden space (blankets are available from the conference registration).

Digital Programme

Our digital programme will be broadcast via Zoom Meetings. We will be livestreaming part of the in-person programme, and also offer a dedicated online programme.

Tickets

Included in your conference ticket are

• refreshments and lunch (in-person only)

• access to the recordings of the panels marked as recorded until 31st December 2023

Please note that Agent One to Ones are not included in the ticket and should be purchased separately.

We offer concessions tickets for those aged under 26 and over 60, students, disabled people, the unemployed or those on low income. We have a small number of complimentary tickets available - please apply here.

We regret that once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.

Please note that we do not issue physical tickets - your booking confirmation is your ticket.
