Applications for our Creator’s Hall are now closed. If you have applied, we aim to be in touch with you by the end of March.
No sci-fi, fantasy and horror book festival would be complete without a dealer’s hall. We have 20 tables in ours, and we are hoping to fill them with local creators, be they writers, artists, publishers or anything in between.
Access to the festival venue, and with that the creator’s hall, will be free throughout the festival, so we are hoping lots of people will pop in!
Tables cost £20 per day, or £35 for the two days (Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th June). Costs include one table and two chairs. As the festival venues is freely accessible, no exhibitor passes will be issued.
Access to the Creator’s Hall is level and just off the Pleasance Courtyard.
We will have festival volunteers on hand at all times to help with set-up, take down and running of your table.
Creator’s Hall Opening Hours are 10am to 4pm on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June 2019. Set-up will be Friday 7th June from 3pm and Saturday 8th June from 8am. Take down will be 4pm to 6pm on Sunday 9th June.
Please note, applications are not considered on a first-come, first-served basis. We will consider all table requests after the closing date of 3rd March 2019. Preference will be given to creators based in Scotland.
Successful applicants will be notified by 1st April 2019 at the latest. Full payment will be required by 1st May 2019.
Please note that Blackwell’s Bookshop will be onsite during the festival to sell books of authors appearing in our programme.
