Apply for a table in our Cymera Loves Romantasy Creators Hall.

Location: For Cymera Loves Romantasy, our Creators Hall will be located in the Upper Hall and the Lomond Room. These spaces are in the main building. The Festival Bookshop and signings will also be hosted in the Upper Hall, which means this space will get very busy but also very noisy. Both spaces can only be accessed via stairs and the lift but we will have plenty of volunteers on site to help with set-up..

Opening Hours: The Creators Hall is open on Saturday 17th October and Sunday 18th October. Access for setting up is from 9am on both days as well as between 2pm and 5pm on Friday 16th October.

The spaces will be open to the public from 11am till 7pm but you can cover your table and leave earlier if you would like. The spaces will be locked overnight.

What is included in the table booking: We will provide one table and two chairs. All tables will be the same size as we will be using the tables provided by the venue. These will be smaller than the large tables we use in June, and the exact size will be confirmed closer to the event. Please note there is limited access to electricity.

Passes for the festival are not included in the table booking. If you would like to attend any Cymera events, please book a ticket. You don’t need a ticket or weekend pass to book a table - access to the Creators Hall is free for dealers/creators and attendees. |

Applications will close on 1st September 2026 and creators will be notified if they have been successful by Sunday 13th September 2026 at the latest.
