IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE

Where can I watch the digital events?

We’ll be showing the digital events on the big TV screen in the Music Room. It’s free for Weekend Pass holders, and individual tickets for our digital events are £5, available online or from our box office.

Is there parking?

There is no parking in the courtyard (it belongs to Edinburgh University) but there is on-street parking nearby, or a couple of long-term parking lots close by. More info about our venue here

Can I bring my own books to get signed?

Yes! Blackwell’s will be on-site selling books but you can bring your own, as many as you can carry.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes, our box office is open 9:30am to late. Please note we only take card payments, no cash.

What time is the Creators Hall open?

The hall is open 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Is there a printed programme?

No, all our information is online on our website.

If I miss a digital event or livestream, can I watch it later?

Yes, all our events will be recorded and if you are a ticket holder, you will automatically receive the link to watch the event back. Recordings will be available until Sunday 14th July 2024.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Absolutely! We’re hoping the weather will be kind and we can have picnics in the courtyard. There is a bar/cafe on site, and plenty places nearby to get food as well.

Where do I collect my Weekend Pass?

Your pass will be waiting for you at the Box Office. If you have a favourite lanyard, please bring it.
