What to expect

Join us for a weekend of writing and connecting with fellow writers at our digital Writers’ Retreat. From writing sprints to socials, workshops to industry sessions, we’ll have something for everyone. All activities are optional, so you join in as little, or as much, as you would like.

Our guest tutors will be revealed in early November.


Proposed schedule:

Friday evening

Kick off your weekend with our social. Meet your fellow attendees, share your writing journey and chat favourite books and authors. (On both Zoom and Discord)

Saturday Morning

  • Check-in with the team and set your goals for the day (Discord)

  • Chair/Desk Yoga (Zoom)

  • Writing Sprints and free writing time (Discord)

  • Writing Cafe: chat with your fellow attendees about your writing journey so far (on both Zoom and Discord)

Saturday Afternoon

  • Workshop (Zoom)

  • Industry Ask Me Anything (Zoom)

Saturday Evening

Hang out with your fellow attendees. Might feature a watch party, online gaming or an RPG session. (on both Zoom and Discord)

Sunday Morning
